Ask Orla is operated by Oxford Circus Digital. Stripe invoices and billing receipts will show Oxford Circus Digital as the merchant name.

These terms apply when you use Ask Orla. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. We've kept the language plain.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ask Orla. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement and that you are authorised to connect any accounts you link to the service.

What Ask Orla is

Ask Orla is an AI marketing consultant for ecommerce stores. You connect data sources such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Search Console and Merchant Centre, and ask questions in plain English. Orla reads the connected data and replies with recommendations and insights.

Orla's responses are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are not a substitute for professional marketing, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Ask Orla for anything illegal or to violate someone else's rights.
• Connect data sources you do not own or are not authorised to access.
• Attempt to break, reverse engineer or overload the service.
• Resell or redistribute access to Ask Orla without our prior written permission.

Partial integrations

Ask Orla works with one or more connected integrations. Users are not required to connect all available platforms. The quality and scope of Orla's responses are dependent on the data sources connected. Ask Orla is not responsible for limited insights where fewer integrations are connected.

Integration access

Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate access and permissions to any third party platforms they connect to Ask Orla, including but not limited to Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Merchant Centre. Ask Orla does not provide support for obtaining access to third party platforms.

Subscription and billing

Subscription fees are charged regardless of the number of integrations connected. No refunds are issued due to inability to connect third party platforms or lack of access to external accounts.

Every new account receives 50 free questions with no time limit before a paid subscription is required. A demo is available at askorla.ai with a limit of 20 questions using sample data.

Plans are billed monthly in USD via Stripe. Prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Support scope

Ask Orla support covers app functionality, billing queries and general onboarding. Support does not extend to third party platform setup, account access issues with external services, or connecting integrations on behalf of users unless on the Agency plan.

Cancellation

Users may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Ask Orla, Oxford Circus Digital, and their operators harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Limitation of liability

Ask Orla is provided "as is". Orla's responses are recommendations generated by AI based on the data you connect - they are not professional, legal or financial advice, and you are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask Orla and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
